1. Overview

These terms apply to all programmes, sessions, memberships, and digital products offered by Ashley Ness trading as Lady Woo Woo at ladywoowoo.com. By purchasing or enrolling in any offering, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Work

All offerings are somatic signal training, energy work, and embodied guidance practices. They are educational and experiential in nature.

They are not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, or medical advice, and are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. Ashley Ness is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health professional. Nothing in these programmes diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any physical or mental health condition.

If you are currently working with a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or other licensed provider, this work is intended to sit alongside that care, not replace it. Please continue that care and consult your provider before making any changes to treatment, medication, or diagnosis based on anything experienced in this work.

You are solely responsible for your own physical and mental health decisions, including the decision to participate in any session or programme. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately, not Ashley, and not this course.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed. Payment confirms your place and your agreement to these terms.

4. Refund Policy

Digital products and self-paced courses: Due to the immediately accessible nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Memberships: The Oracle Community membership may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Live programmes and cohorts: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the programme start date. After that date, payments are non-refundable. If you need to withdraw, a credit toward a future programme may be offered at Ashley's discretion.

Private Precision Work: All payments are non-refundable once the programme begins. If you withdraw before the first session, a credit toward a future programme may be offered at Ashley's discretion.

Tuning sessions: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation by Ashley

Ashley reserves the right to reschedule sessions or calls in the event of illness or emergency. Reasonable notice will be provided. If a programme or session is cancelled by Ashley and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued for that session.

6. Results

Results vary and depend on your engagement, consistency, and application of the practices. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in 1:1 sessions is held in confidence. Ashley may draw on general, anonymised insights from her practice to inform her teaching but will never share identifying details about clients.

8. WhatsApp and Between-Session Access

Where WhatsApp voice note access is included in an offer, it is available Monday to Friday during reasonable hours. It is not intended for crisis support or emergency communication and does not constitute 24/7 availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, practices, frameworks, and recordings shared across any offering are the intellectual property of Ashley Ness / Lady Woo Woo. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, taught, or distributed without written permission.

10. Recording

Live sessions may be recorded for your personal replay access. Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or published without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

12. Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in any offering from ladywoowoo.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
