Imagine if yoga, strength training, biomechanics and fascial release had a love child. Admittedly I’m no purist. I’m a rebel and a movement junkie. Classes are typically a blend of modern and ancient movement practices which are thoughtfully designed to bring balance, strength and openness to each unique body. Sessions address energy flow in the body by targeting the spine and myofascial pathways that organise movement. Release, recalibrate, recharge the body and watch what happens.

Tuning forks are used directly on or around the body, promoting relaxation and relieving tension. Stimulation of the body’s natural energetic pathways using targeted frequencies promotes harmony from within. Emotions and trauma held in the body and surrounding energy field are cleared by removing chaotic static and gently shifting blockages, enabling the body to process, integrate and reorganise itself coherently and return to a natural state of flow and ease.
